Our thoughts influence ur actions, our actions repeated become our habits. We become our habits.
When a muscle or a group of muscles is held in a particular position, they assume the shape, length and position that they are held in. That’s what our habits do.
Today I choose to cultivate good habits. Simply taking few actions and repeating them; one action, one day at a time.
The more we cultivate good habits the better we become at being the best version of ourselves. The most healthy way however is to keep moving, be flexible and agile such that there is no rigidity in your system.
Learn, unlearn, relearn, repeat so that you don’t get any contractures.
